Conference Facilities

If you use one of our offices and a potential client wishes to meet you in “your” office you can rent either a fully furnished office or a meeting room. Simply arrange your booking with us (e.g. tell us how long you need the office/meeting room, how many people join the meeting etc) and we take care of the rest. We welcome your visitors, provide you with a fully serviced conference room, broadband internet access, catering, equipment and if required a PA.

CONFERENCE ROOM HIRE ONLY…..

£120.00 per day,

£65.00 per half day or choose a package

HALF DAY PACKAGE – Min of 5 Delegates

£17.50 per person…

½ DAY DELEGATE PACKAGES INCLUDE:

· Tea and coffee available on throughout the morning

· Pastry break

· Complimentary still and sparkling mineral water in the room

· Standard screen, 1 flip chart

· Individual delegate packs to include paper and pens

· Place settings for each person

· Hire of the Conference Room

· Table mints in the room

· Wireless broadband is available within the venue

DAY DELEGATE RATE / PACKAGE A – Min of 5 Delegates

£28.50 per person…
